DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, 10/16/19 is the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District's "Principal for the Day" event. If you've been a Principal for the Day in the past\, we'd love for you experience a different school this time\, so please note your preferences in the form linked below!\n \n\nThe day is going to start at 8:00 AM\, at the Central Office\, for an orientation and a light breakfast. Guest principals will be at their assigned campus from about 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.\n \n\nThis 2 1/2 hour tour/visit could include activities like:\n\n \n\n\n \n Classroom visits while discussing teaching and learning methods\n \n \n Read morning announcements or appear on school's morning TV news\n \n \n Lead the Pledge of Allegiance\n \n \n Read to a class\n \n \n Meet with the Student Council\n \n \n Help supervise the playground/passing period\n \n \n Sit in on meetings with parents (with their permission)\n \n \n Attend a special activity/visit a special program that makes the campus unique\n \n \n Visit the preschool program at the school\n \n\n \n\nAfter leaving the campus\, the guest principal will return to the Central Office for a celebration luncheon and brief report out of experiences\, finishing promptly at 1:00 PM.\n\n \nIf you are interested in participating\, please fill out the online form at the link below.
