Next up in Il Fiorello?s Kitchen in the Grove: Learn the art of pickling and preserving and create your own special brines with spices and herbs from the garden. Think beyond just cucumber pickles and fill your jars with unique fruits and vegetables such as: ? Asian Pears ? Shiitake Mushrooms ? Jerusalem Artichokes ? Chayote ? Quick Kimchi Green Onions ? Mexican Sour Gherkins Cost is $75/person. This class is part demonstration and part hands-on. Participants will take home recipes and samples.
