Spectacular Seafood Cooking Class
Join us in our Kitchen in the Groves as Chef Marvin Martin demonstrates spectacular seafood recipes. The class will cover a variety of topics including seasonality, sustainability, purchasing, and different methods of preparation. Learn expert tips, eat delicious dishes, and take home recipes to recreate in your own kitchen. ? Baked Oysters with Balsamic Vinegar Glaze ? Carpaccio of Ahi Tuna with Jalapeño Lime Oil and Garden Radishes ? Olive Oil Poached Salmon with Tomato Salsa ?
