United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay Launches Inclusive Work Services to Connect Local Businesses with Staffing and Fulfillment Support

New business-focused website highlights workforce solutions, fulfillment capabilities, and inclusive employment opportunities across the North Bay

Petaluma, CA — United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay (UCPNB) has launched Inclusive Work Services, a new business-focused platform designed to help local employers connect with dependable staffing, fulfillment, and operational support services while expanding meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The new website, inclusiveworkservices.org, showcases a wide range of workforce and fulfillment capabilities available to businesses throughout Sonoma, Napa, Solano, and Marin counties.

Services include supported staffing placements, supervised work crews, packaging and assembly, warehouse and fulfillment support, janitorial and groundskeeping services, recycling operations, and other business support solutions.

Many people know UCPNB for our schools, recreational programs, and community services,” said Jeremy Hogan, Director of Community Employment. “What many businesses don’t realize is that we also operate highly capable workforce and fulfillment programs that help companies solve real operational challenges while creating meaningful employment opportunities within our community.”

The new platform was developed to better communicate UCPNB’s growing role as both a workforce partner and fulfillment resource for local employers seeking reliable support and values-driven partnerships.

Businesses can either bring work projects to UCPNB’s supervised teams and facilities or partner with the organization to place supported employees directly within their operations.

Inclusive Work Services supports a variety of industries and operational needs ranging from packaging and assembly projects to janitorial services, landscaping support, recycling operations, retail support, warehouse assistance, and other structured work environments.

The launch reflects UCPNB’s broader commitment to community inclusion, workforce development, and creating pathways to meaningful employment for individuals with cerebral palsy and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
