Restaurant Series: How to Write a Business Plan
All successful restaurateurs start with a well developed business plan that will be requested by any financial institution, investor, or landlord. The first half of the seminar will review the steps and organizational techniques needed to write a compelling plan for a restaurant that includes: Executive Summary articulating the core concept the importance of location sample menus history of owners understanding the target customer through demographics presenting a strong marketing plan by defining the business' positioning and niche through competitive analysis The instructor will then give an overview on how to put together the financials that accompany the written business plan. This includes the basics on how to project revenue, creating a chart of accounts, balance sheet and cash flow analysis. There will be plenty of time for Q&A. This is a must-take workshop for any budding restaurateur!
